Return Terms:
All returns require prior approval as well as proof of purchase. KLAPP will replace products that are defective, sent in error or damaged freight prepaid. You are responsible for all freight/insurance charges on returns to KLAPP. Full refund within 30 days from the date of shipment and only if the product is defective. No refund after 30 days. Return merchandise credit can only be used for reorders. Prices do not include sales tax. Place of jurisdiction in case of litigation: State of New Jersey.
